Challenge
Polysleep was running on an older Shopify architecture and needed a full upgrade to Shopify 2.0. Their site designs were outdated, the marketing team was spending too much time manually building pages and sourcing competitor review content, the blog had no flexibility, and there was no store locator for their growing retail presence.
Solution
We migrated the entire storefront architecture to Shopify 2.0. The design was overhauled across product pages, collection pages, blog templates, and marketing landing pages. We built a custom page builder tailored to their blog workflow, giving the content team full layout control without dev support. For marketing pages, we developed a custom script system that automatically pulled competitor reviews and populated comparison pages, saving the team significant manual effort. A custom store locator was built in React and embedded directly into the Shopify storefront to help customers find nearby retailers.
Results
Modern Shopify 2.0 architecture with flexible section-based templates. The marketing team could launch pages and blog content independently. Automated competitor review pages cut manual work dramatically. The React store locator gave customers a fast, searchable way to find retail locations. The full design refresh brought the storefront in line with the brand.
