Challenge
My Fit Foods had outgrown BigCommerce. Their online store needed a modern platform, and their multi-location retail operation was running on BrightPearl POS, disconnected from their ecommerce data. The existing site UX was dated and holding back conversions. They needed a single, unified platform without disrupting day-to-day operations across dozens of storefronts.
Solution
Working alongside the My Fit Foods team, we led the full migration from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus: products, customers, orders, and SEO redirects. On the retail side, we rolled out Shopify POS across all locations, replacing BrightPearl and unifying inventory and reporting under one system. The storefront got a complete UI overhaul: new theme, restructured navigation, improved product pages, and a streamlined checkout. Everything was phased to keep the business running through the transition.
Results
Clean migration with zero data loss and full redirect coverage. Shopify POS live across all retail locations with unified inventory. The new storefront drove measurable improvements in conversion rate and average session duration, and gave the team a foundation to iterate on UX without platform constraints.
