Challenge

BusWorld's website was built on Angular and struggling with performance. Google Lighthouse scores sat at 33, impacting search visibility, accessibility, and user engagement. Content updates were slow and required developer involvement. The site needed a ground-up rebuild on a modern stack.

Solution

We migrated the entire platform from Angular to Next.js, integrating a headless CMS so the team could manage content independently. The rebuild focused on performance from day one: server-side rendering, optimized asset loading, and clean markup. Every page was restructured for speed, accessibility, and SEO.

Results

Google Lighthouse scores jumped from 33 to 90. The headless CMS gave the content team full autonomy. Page load times dropped significantly, accessibility improved across the board, and the site was positioned to rank and convert far better than before.
